This apartment has a patio leading to the gardens of the Breakers Hotel. The studio incorporates the bedroom, open plan lounge and dining area and kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery. The unit has air -conditioning, selected DSTV channels, built in safe, and telephone facilities. Linen is provided however beach and bath towels are not. The access to the unit is down one flight of stairs or via lift, there is one undercover parking and limited open parking and parking for trailers (subject to availability). There is direct beach access from the property. The unit is serviced Monday to Fridays (excl public holidays). One has access to all the Hotel facilities.
